Skinpen Microneedling

Microneedling, otherwise known as percutaneous collagen induction therapy, is a relatively new, minimally invasive treatment that can be used to address several cosmetic concerns. Microneedling uses tiny needles to create “microchannels” in the skin. This stimulates wound healing cascade, resulting in new collagen and elastin production. Elastin and collagen are proteins that facilitate the remodeling of the skin tissues, which ultimately improves the health of the skin and clears away imperfections.
